Ernie Cuthbertson

Captain Ernie Cuthbertson from the Greensboro, NC Police Department has decades of experience in the Marine Corps and law enforcement, and received his degree as a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies (LEST) from North Carolina Agriculture & Technical State University, with a concentration in Transformative Leadership for Civic & Community Engagement in 2018.
